Check in / out
Check-in is between between 4.00pm and 7.00pm for guests, we also offer a self check-in option so make sure you have the code from your booking information.  Check in outside of these times is available by prior arrangement.  Please contact us otherwise we may not be available to welcome you.  Feel free to arrive earlier, park your car, and walk into Bowness.  Check out by 11.00 am

Late Arrivals: We close our doors at 7.00 pm as don't want to disturb the other guests, so please don't be later than this unless by prior arrangement with us. If you have an unforeseen delay please call us as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Children welcome - Travel cot and High Chairs available. If you are bringing children (Over 2years old)  please make sure you have booked a family room with the correct number of beds. No extra children are allowed in double rooms!

Additional Charges

Any damage, breakages or additional cleaning of rooms will be passed on to the guest.

Payment
Full payment is requested on checkout. No payments are charged to your card details in advance of your stay, even if booked through online booking agencies.

Cancellation Policy
A Debit/Credit Card number is required to secure your reservation, no deposit is taken. Cancellation is allowed without penalty up to 7 days before the date of arrival.   However if cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival date you will be charged for the full amount, unless the room rebooks. This cancellation period is extended to 14 days for New Year and a 50% deposit is reqjuired.  No Shows will be charged the full amount owed for the total duration of the stay.
