General Policy
From the 1 December 2023 payment will be taken prior to arrival.This will either be 14 days prior to arrival, but if your booking is less than 14 days in advance, payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days before the arrival date/time are without charge.
For bookings made prior to the 1 December, any cancellation occuring within 14 days of the arrival day, the full amount of the stay may be charged if the room doesn't rebook. No Shows will be charged for the entire stay.
If you book a double room, please don't bring extra children without prior consent as you will be turned away and charged for the cancellation. We cannot accept more than the maximum number of people per room as this is not allowed due to fire safety regulations.
Checkin is from 4.00pm - 7.00pm - please no arrivals outside of this time unless by prior arrangement.
